US Shipping
Namai offers free ground shipping within the US for all orders.
Items on sale with a discount of 15% or more can be returned for store credit. Items discounted over 50% are final sale and can’t be returned.
International Shipping.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Our prices do not include import duties, they are shown at checkout. Taxes are also calculated and added at checkout based on your country of residence.
Please note that international purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any questions about taxes or duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Exchanges

- By selecting Redo free returns at checkout, your return shipping label is covered.
- Redo free returns cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
- If you choose not to purchase Redo free returns you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

How we ship and pack your order
We practice low- waste shipping. Items are packaged in reusable cotton bags and shipped in boxes made from 100% recycled content and 95% post-consumer waste, and envelopes made from 100% recycled content, 70% post-consumer waste, both of which are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable. Contact us if you are zero- waste, and we will remove the packing list, hang tags etc. from your package as well.
Free repairs for the lifetime of the product
If you notice a little hole or tear that you'd like repaired at any point in the life cycle of the piece, or are missing a button, simply ship it back to us and we'll repair it for free and pay for return shipping. Please email us at hello@namai-studio.com to let us know that you're returning the item and showing a photo of the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, choose the gift card/store credit option, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once the return is received and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
