Namai offers Free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $200 and a flat rate $7.95 for domestic ground shipping on orders under $200.

Orders are packed and shipped out the next day, Monday-Friday.

RETURN POLICY

Returns for eligible items in their original, unworn condition are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items on sale with a discount of 15% or more can be returned for store credit. Items discounted over 50% are final sale and can’t be returned.

- Redo free returns cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.

- If you choose not to purchase Redo free returns you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

International Shipping + Returns

We offer international shipping at discounted carrier rates.

Our prices do not include import duties, they are shown at checkout. Taxes are also calculated and added at checkout based on your country of residence. This ensures no additional fees are due upon delivery.

Please note that international purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage all our customers to check the jacket measurements and fabric weight before purchasing to ensure you select the correct piece. Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

At checkout, you may add withdrawal coverage to your order. If you purchased withdrawal coverage, your return shipping is fully covered at no additional cost when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that customers who do not purchase withdrawal coverage are responsible under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We practice low- waste shipping. Items are packaged in reusable cotton bags and shipped in boxes made from 100% recycled content and 95% post-consumer waste, and envelopes made from 100% recycled content, 70% post-consumer waste, both of which are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable.
Contact us if you are zero- waste, and we will remove the packing list, hang tags etc. from your package as well.
You heard that right!
If you notice a little hole or tear that you'd like repaired at any point in the life cycle of the piece, or are missing a button, simply ship it back to us and we'll repair it for free and pay for return shipping.
Please email us at hello@namai-studio.com to let us know that you're returning the item and showing a photo of the issue.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, choose the gift card/store credit option, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
