Job Type: Full-Time, 10 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: In-Person, Kingston, NY
Salary: $21-$26/hr, depending on experience.

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for packing and shipping consumer and wholesale orders, providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organized studio, managing incoming orders and deliveries, and assisting in preparation for markets and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and ship orders for both retail and wholesale customers
- Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and other platforms
- Keep the studio space organized and manage inventory
- Track and process incoming orders and deliveries
- Assist in preparing for markets, pop-ups, and other events
Who You Are
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work quickly and efficiently while managing multiple tasks
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently
- A great communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with Shopify and Excel is a plus
- Experience working with apparel is a plus
