US Shipping

Namai offers free ground shipping and returns within the US for all orders. 

** Items sold at a discount on our Black Friday Sale are eligible for store-credit returns only.

International Shipping.

We offer worldwide express shipping at a flat rate of $45.  International purchases are non returnable and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country. If you are unsure we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. No returns accepted returns due to fees or any other import issues. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns for eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery are subject to a $20 restock fee. Store credit for eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 20 days of delivery are complimentary. If you have any other questions, contact us at

How we ship and pack your order

We practice low- waste shipping. Items are packaged in reusable cotton bags and shipped in boxes made from 100% recycled content and 95% post-consumer waste, and envelopes made from 100% recycled content, 70% post-consumer waste, both of which are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable. Contact us if you are zero- waste, and we will remove the packing list, hang tags etc. from your package as well.

Making your order carbon neutral 

How does it work?

When you check the carbon neutral box in your shopping cart as you're checking out, we will automatically purchase verified emissions reductions, more commonly known as “offsets” through our collaboration with EcoCart. These purchases support environmental projects, like wind and solar farms that create clean energy, or protecting trees that would otherwise be cut down so that they can continue to absorb carbon from the air. 

What does it mean to offset emissions?

It means that for any carbon emissions released into our atmosphere as a result of manufacturing and shipping items at Namai, we invest in projects that reduce carbon emissions by the same amount.

What do you mean carbon neutral?

When we say your orders will be “carbon neutral” (“net zero” is another term you’ll hear), that means that we will eliminate, capture, or otherwise mitigate all of the carbon emissions created from making Namai products and shipping them to your door. 

Free repairs for the lifetime of the product

If you notice a little hole or tear that you'd like repaired at any point in the life cycle of the piece, or are missing a button, simply ship it back to us and we'll repair it for free and pay for return shipping. Please email us at to let us know that you're returning the item and showing a photo of the issue.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, choose the gift card/store credit option, and make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
