Namai is an independent, New York-based fashion brand founded by Bianca Kuttickattu in 2020. We create timeless, zero-waste clothing from repurposed antique Indian textiles, offering versatile pieces that can be worn by people of all genders, all year round. Each of our one-of-a-kind garments is crafted from second-hand Kantha quilts sourced in Jaipur, India, embodying a rich history and a commitment to sustainability. We are bold in our approach, making a statement with everything we do, from our designs to our values.

At Namai, we are driven by curiosity. We see our work as a lifelong journey, continuously learning, evolving, and drawing inspiration from new crafts, techniques, and art forms. We are inspired by art, music, travel and our community.

Our resilience is reflected in the relationships we build with our partners and in the products we create—each designed to stand the test of time and become future heirlooms. By promoting trend-less, long-term thinking around clothing, we aim to extend the life cycle of textiles and foster a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every piece.

We are a global community of designers, artisans, and individuals who share a thoughtful approach to self-expression through clothing and textiles. Accessibility and  inclusivity are at the core of our brand. We believe in creating a space where everyone can engage with our work, share their stories, and connect through a shared love of fashion that honors both heritage and the future.
